OPSEU/SEFPO LOCAL 124

CAAT-S: College of Applied Arts and Technology - Support Staff Union

Land Acknowledgement

In the spirit of peace and friendship, Local 124 honours the Anishinabek of the Three Fires Confederacy on whose traditional territory we work and gather. For thousands of years, Indigenous peoples have been the stewards of this place and remain the traditional protectors of water and defenders of land on Turtle Island.

As members of Local 124 and the labour movement, we advocate for the rights of workers and recognize our work is not complete without also advocating for the rights of Indigenous peoples.
