OPSEU/SEFPO College Support Locals have learned that there have been significant changes made to the Sun Life Benefit booklet outside of contract negotiations and without agreement from the union. These changes, along with a letter of direction from the College Employer Council (CEC), may have major impacts on some of our members’ entitlement to Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD).
